9 Mile Business Centre is a dynamic workspace dedicated to supporting local businesses with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. Within their office space, they have two offices available to rent. Each of the offices are 13ft x 10 ft totaling 130 sq.ft each. Each office is designed with privacy in mind – it’s sound muffled, located close to gender-neutral washrooms, and is fully accessible. The office is an internal space without a window, which some clients find particularly appealing for the added privacy and focus it provides. The rent is $1100/month plus tax.
